Customer listening how-tos, authentic stakeholder relationships, & program assurance: by the end, you’ll have the soup-to-nuts skills from my educational + tool resources for your business.
Not knowing how to talk with your customers can stop you from starting.
I understand that, but if you have a plan, know how to frame your questions, & focus on the data you will get from your sessions, you will become an expert with each interview completed.
Hold on.
Before you put that Tesla on auto-pilot, it's not simply your rich insights that will get your stakeholders to listen, trust you more, & even know why they should align and commit to your vision. That's where I come in. It's gonna be the way you tell the story, workshop with them to get alignment, prioritization, & the full head-nod like a good 'ole fashioned Talking Heads concert.
Test your operating model habits.
