I actually don't believe in outsourcing customer interviews. You CAN be great at interviewing, listening, and data formulating. Your customers want to talk with the source ---yep, that's YOU.

Each stakeholder team has a different operating model. Accept that, and work out how to interact well with each team by knowing what they need when operating with you and your teams.
No. 3
Using a digital space to gather ongoing customer insights and priorities will keep you organized and prepare you for the pitch story you need to build to secure program resources and meet your timeline goals.
